I had been in therapy twice in the past and didn’t have the best of experiences. I decided to give therapy another go during quarantine and made progress with my previous therapist, however, when it came to my specific issue which is coping with my PMDD, I felt that I wasn’t getting the sensitivity I needed nor the knowledge that I’d expect from that therapist. So I did a little bit of research and found Kellie. I was beyond pleased with this round of therapy. It made me feel empowered, supported and like I am on the right path after all. Self growth and conquering ones issues is an on going process and with Kellie’s counseling, I realized there’s an arsenal of tools I can use but it’s up to me to reach in there and utilize what I’ve learned. I would highly recommend Kellie if you’re on the fence about going to therapy!
